The Board of the Housing Community of ul. Osmańczyka 14-16B located in Warsaw hereby confirms that Mr. Tomasz Towarnicki, a certified Manager of Housing Communities has been administering our Housing Community from 1 February 2011 to 31 August 2011 on behalf of Status Nieruchomości Mieszkaniowe Sp. z o.o.

Our Housing Community consists of seven buildings with a total of 215 residential units. It also includes a swimming pool for the residents of the “Ogrody Bema” housing complex. The “Ogrody Bema” housing complex was erected in 2005-2006 by JW Construction.

During our cooperation Mr. Tomasz Towarnicki proved to be an extremely collected, patient and non-confrontational person of impeccable manner. Thanks to the aforementioned traits, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills and systematic approach to problems reported to him, he was extremely appreciated as a Manager by the members of our Housing Community.

The Board of the Housing Community appreciated cooperation with Mr. Towarnicki for his extensive technical knowledge and experience, independence of opinion and counsel, and first of all, for the ability to identify potential problems beforehand. Mr. Towarnicki proved to be a very credible, reliable, trustworthy and efficient person.
