The Board of the Housing Community of ul. Pieńkowskiego 5 in Warsaw hereby confirms that Business Consulting Solutions Sp. z o. o. with registered office in Warsaw has been administering the Housing Community represented by us since February 2011.

Our Housing Community consists of one building with the area of 6,600 sq. m and 130 residential units. The building was erected in the 1970s in the so-called prefabricated concrete large panel technology. Until January 2011 our Housing Community was administered by INTER-EJ Zarządzanie i Administrowanie Nieruchomościami S.C. As the quality of service provided by the company had been criticized, the Community’s decision was to resign from its further services.

The BCS entrusted servicing our Housing Community to their employee, Ms. Luiza Żelazek responsible for administration and settlements. Members of the Community praise the structure of Ms. Żelazek’s duties, because they are no longer sent from administration to accounting and back in order to settle their business. Our satisfaction is greatly reinforced by the fact that Ms. Żelazek proved to be reliable, trustworthy, well-organised and well-prepared on merits of her function.

The Board of the Housing Community is also very pleased with the fact that the BCS made Mr. Tomasz Sobierański responsible for the renovations and modernisations conducted on a large scale. Among the responsibilities of Mr. Sobierański are supervision and control of technical issues, in particular all maintenance works, repairs, renovations and modernisations. Mr. Sobierański is an energetic, inquisitive and extremely thorough person, which is reflected in the Community’s finances. We are pleased that thanks to the high quality of work performed by Mr. Sobierański many complaints were accepted by Contractors.

It must be also noted that the work of the two administrators acting on behalf of the BCS is supervised by Mr. Tomasz Towarnicki – a certified manager of housing communities having several years of experience in the field.

Viewing the several months of cooperation of the Housing Community of ul. Pieńkowskiego 5 with the BCS in the light of the quality of service provided by the company to our Community and qualifications of its employees delegated to work for our Community, the Board of the Housing Community definitely recommends services of Business Consulting Solutions Sp. z o. o. to other Housing Communities.
